What was your DG aha moment when you went through recruitment?

When I could tell the girls at DG were genuinely excited for me to be there, and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. During ice water a very good high school friend recruited me, and from that moment I knew I wanted to be there. Especially after pref round, I felt something extremely special at DG and knew that it was the only place I belonged.

What's your favorite part about your position?

My favorite part is being able to be a role model for the chapter, and always being there for the members whenever they need. I’m extremely excited to help the chapter grow closer and also to help guide our new members so that they have the best possible experience in DG.

Best piece of advice for a PM going through recruitment?

I would advise to keep an open mind and don’t listen to what other people are saying. The decision is yours! Don’t let others persuade you in any way, just imagine where you fit in best.
