What's your favorite DG event?

What was your DG aha moment when you went through recruitment?

Honestly, I was torn all week between two houses and had no idea until preference night. DG was my last party of the night and I thought I had made my mind up by the time I got there that I was going to join another sorority until I walked in the DG house, sat down and started talking to a sophomore in DG. At that moment I immediately starting balling my eyes out because I just felt so at home and knew that was the only place I wanted to be. I knew this was my DG aha moment because I do not cry, like ever and there I was crying in front of girls I had never met before and I did not care one bit, I actually had never felt more comfortable than at that moment.

What's your favorite part about your position?

My favorite part is that I get to work so closely with each officer and chapter member to make our chapter the best it can possibly be.

Best piece of advice for a PM going through recruitment?

Best piece of advice for a PM going through recruitment? Just be yourself and trust the process, I promise you will end up where you belong in the end, surrounded by women who love and accept you for who you are. For me recruitment was one of my favorite experiences and one i'll treasure forever, and as stressful and as tiring as it is don’t forget to enjoy it, you're getting ready to find your new home and gain 300 new friends.

If you could pick one word to describe your Delta Gamma sisters, what would it be?

Adventurous- many times I’ll be studying for an exam with some friends at the house at 2am and decide we need a study snack. Usually that study snack turns into not just a trip to Sonic for motz sticks but an hour-long frat lap jamming our favorite Jonas Brother song on repeat.
