What was your DG aha moment when you went through recruitment?
During the 3rd round of recruitment, I met a girl from my hometown, The Woodlands, Texas, and I had the best conversation with her. I came to LSU knowing one girl in a sorority, so when I met her and she told me about all of the Texas DG's, I knew I could find my place in DG. That girl is now my big, and I am so happy I met her when I did!!! Love you Kayla!!
What's your favorite part about your position?
My favorite part about being vp: Panhellenic is being able to collaborate with all of our PHC chapters on campus, as well as with IFC and NPHC. LSU is so lucky to have such a close knit Greek community and I am so thankful to be a part of it.
Best piece of advice for a PM going through recruitment?
Always keep an open mind during the week. Your opinions can change each day with who you meet and who you talk to. Fun fact: DG was not my favorite chapter during Ice Water round... however, during the third round, I couldn't see myself anywhere else.

What's your favorite class so far at LSU?
MC 2015 - Visual Communications! I took this class with Mallory Knudsen, and we didn't really know each other before then, and now she's one of my closest friends. I also just really thrived in this class because it was all about Adobe Photoshop and Indesign and I love all that stuff.
What's one think you want to do before you graduate?
I want to go to more away football games! I've only been to the LSU vs. Texas A&M game sophomore year, but I don't count that one because it was too close to home.
